STEPs on Arthur helps adults with intellectual disabilities to engage fully in their community. STEPs offers vocational training and skills assessment. It also provides employment through 2social enterprises.

The Truro Inclusion project is run by parents and caregivers of people with disabilities. Their goal is to make everyone in Truro and Colchester County feel included regardless of their differences. The project hopes to offer a day program and social enterprise in the future.
